At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Adeline's Hair Styling experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Cancellations

At Adeline's Hair Styling, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. We would love to get you rescheduled!

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Lash Extensions

Appointment Notes

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out our lash extension consent form.

We also request that you do not wear makeup to your appointment and that you avoid wearing mascara 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Refund Policy
No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services.

We know that eyelash extensions are a change for many new clients. If you are unhappy with your eyelash extensions for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment time. A one-time complimentary touch-up will be offered scheduled to address your concerns and freshen up your lashes.
If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.

Fills

You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining for a fill, otherwise you will be charged for a full set. 

Following proper aftercare instructions can help maintain good retention and extend the life of your lashes. 

If you suspect your fill appointment may need to be switched to a full set, please contact us to make sure we have enough time to fix you up! 

A full set appointment will be required if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last fill.

Pre-booking

We recommend pre-booking your fills at least two weeks in advance. This will help to make sure you can find an appointment time that works for you, that you can have your lashes perfect for all of your special events, and that you will not be stuck needing a fill but unable to find an appointment available!
